While Tails & Emails focuses mainly on email + sms marketing, I have been fortunate to provide brand + website design and development services over the years, some holding a dear space in my heart.

About the Project

Team MG needed a website, desperately.

Megan had been a nutrition coach for 2 years and was ready to reach more people and sell memberships on a larger scale with a proficient website.

While her social media platform served as a reliable resource for obtaining new clients, it was apparent to her that having another platform to service her business was necessary.

The Solution

Megan and I met and stripped down business image to its basis: the mission and vision. Then, I got to work. I developed a new website that would work for her, 24/7. Her website was to include her story, how she could provide impact, the value of her coaching style, complete memberships (including all of the pieces within), and her previous client testimonials to show the value of her business.

Megan shared that while she had a solid client base, the flow and process of her membership program was too manual and she wanted to reach more people with less manual labor. To achieve this primary goal (outside of establishing credibility of a web presence), I developed the membership program within her website to more seamlessly interact with her client base with minimal so much individual, manual effort in turn giving her more time to provide even more content to her client base. I also developed SEO-friendly content so users could find her website by looking for keywords like “nutrition coach near me”, and “nutrition program near me”, so she could even grow locally.

After two months, her website had reported a 60% increase in engagement and she saved hours of time with the new program.
